Gift Vouchers
Private link for purchasing flexible gift vouchers that only expire once used.
Service Description
Please select the relevant session type from the options, and the relevant number of vouchers (1 per spot). Provide any extra information if applicable such as recipient name(s), email addresses, and special requests, otherwise only you will be sent the gift voucher to your email. Please ignore the date and location details on the booking form, it will not impact your gift voucher or session type. Vouchers do not expire until used and are only valid for the session type shown.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking, please contact us. Cancellations done within two weeks before the experience will not be refunded. All other cancellations will be partially refunded. For rescheduling a booking, please contact us. Rescheduling done within 24 hours of a booking will be charged an administration fee of £20 per person. SylvanKin's very last resort is postponing a session and the decision is never made lightly. However, in the very rare event where SylvanKin must postpone a session, attendees will be notified as soon as possible with a valid reason and provided the opportunity to choose from alternative available dates, of which there will always be multiple available. These will not be refunded, unless you are genuinely unable make any of the available dates, as SylvanKin does not cancel events - the event will still happen even if postponed. Due to the nature of working with the community and regularly outdoors, factors beyond SylvanKin's control may impact our ability to run a session on specific dates leading to postponement, which SylvanKin will notify you of as soon as possible, and will provide you with as many reasonable options to re-schedule as SylvanKin is able to provide.
