Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, please contact us. Cancellations done within two weeks before the experience will not be refunded. All other cancellations will be partially refunded. For rescheduling a booking, please contact us. Rescheduling done within 24 hours of a booking will be charged an administration fee of £10 per person.
