SylvanKin means ‘woodland community’, which is what we exist to create.
Through traditional craftsmanship and modern science we connect society with the natural world and the cultures that embody it. From Japanese carpentry to Native American hide tanning, Eurasian bow crafting to Medieval leather working and much more, we exist to help revive these fading skills and lifestyles that so crucially balance modern society with the environments it inhabits.
Each skill and experience we deliver is uniquely tailored through trial and error, pioneered by our experienced instructors.
Through our partnership with the dedicated and passionate team at United Education we will unlock these opportunities for your children, bringing them directly to schools that are also pioneering the future for our young ones to thrive.
Alongside the standard curriculum we will bring the opportunity to develop hands-on practical skills and a more holistic perspective and understanding of the principles behind many of the world’s marvellous machinations.
