Cancellation Policy
If you are aware of any reason you may need to cancel or reschedule a booking prior to booking, please contact us to arrange a flexible session voucher to prevent disappointment. To cancel a booking, please contact us. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity, cancellations will not be refunded. We do not charge cancellation fees. As a company running unique public events we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy. For rescheduling a booking, please contact us. Rescheduling done within 24 hours of the booked event will be charged a fee of 50% of the booking cost. Rescheduling done within 2 weeks of the booked event will be charged at 25% of the booking cost. Rescheduling done earlier than 2 weeks before the booked event will not be charged a fee. SylvanKin's very last resort is postponing a session and the decision is never made lightly. However, in the very rare event where SylvanKin must postpone a session, attendees will be notified as soon as possible with a valid reason and provided the opportunity to choose from alternative available dates, of which there will always be multiple available, or a full refund. Due to the nature of working with the community and regularly outdoors, factors beyond SylvanKin's control may impact our ability to run a session on specific dates leading to postponement, which SylvanKin will notify you of as soon as possible, and will provide you with as many reasonable options to re-schedule as SylvanKin is able to provide.
